The Donnellys

I recently spent some time at the park with the Donnelly family. It was an overcast morning but the sky cleared up just in time for our shoot! 

Here's Joshua, he is a lively little boy for sure! He seems very outgoing, he came right up and introduced himself to me and I also witness him introducing himself to another child at the park.

Rachel

I recently spent the day with the lovely Rachel. We went around the neighborhood and stopped by Downtown Santa Ana for pizza and ice cream. We talked about beefyness and the importance of what we say. We got photo bombed by some guys buying beer who may or may not have been drunk. And played with Aslyn. It was a fun time and a nice day overall.

8 Months

Aslyn is in her 8th month now and its so fun seeing how she changes week by week and doing new things. I know I just posted 7 month pictures but I had done them a while back. I realized that I can set her on steps and not worry as much about having her face plant forward. We are still very cautious, but this wouldn't have happened a few weeks ago.

The blanket is actually covering the step so you can't tell, but there is one there. And Jason pointed out that in the top left picture in the collage she looks like she's standing because of how her leg shows. But I think it's because of the step.

And I know this one is blurry but I like it because she looks so excited.

Summer is here!

I love sitting outside in the evenings right before the sun goes down. Not only is the light lovely at this time but the temperature is usually cooling off before the night sets in.

We are in the process of finding a new place to live and I can't help but get sentimental about the move. Every place we've been at has left us with countless memories but this one was special in that we found out I was pregnant just after getting here and spent most of our daughter's first year here. She won't remember any of it of course, but it has been a good time while it lasted and a blessing for our little family.

7 months

My little Boo has been around for 7 months. How the time flies! I always thought it went by fast but now with a baby it's passing by even faster. She will be one year old before we know it.
